Strength and Conditioning for runners - A tailored training programme available 2 or 3 times per week, designed to prevent injuries and enhance performance. The programme includes full-body weight exercises, with a focus on the calf muscles, quads, hips, glutes, and core. Plyometric exercises are also incorporated for explosive strength.

The training will also be based on your gait analysis.

Gait Analysis: It helps you understand how your running technique affects efficiency and injury risk at each phase of your stride. Overall, it enhances performance and supports a customized strength and conditioning plan. Videos can be recorded at the gym and outdoors.

Online Nutritional Support: Runners need a steady supply of energy to fuel their training, races, and recovery. In addition to the exercise programme, a food plan tailored to your specific goals will aid in muscle repair, reduce soreness, manage weight, and improve overall strength. This comprehensive approach helps reduce the risk of injury and illness, while also preventing RED-S (Relative Energy Deficiency in Sport). 

The nutritional support will be delivered online and in partnership with a nutritionist with whom I will work directly.
